Your marketing is easier to understand when the reports, creative work and budgets share the same context. Marketinq.ai brings those parts together in a dashboard organised around your Brands.
Start with your Brand
One account can have access to more than one Brand. After signing in, choose the Brand you want to work with. The available Brands depend on the access your administrator has assigned to your account.
Each Brand keeps its own reporting records, creatives and budgets. Switching Brands changes the context of the dashboard, so check the selected Brand before making an update.
Read the overall picture
The Overall Data dashboard brings together reported spending and performance. Use its date and reporting filters to focus on the period, country or platform you want to review.
The figures depend on the available reporting data. A quiet chart or an empty result can mean there are no matching records for your current filters. Check those filters before drawing a conclusion.
Keep your creative work connected
The creative library keeps uploaded assets and their related information together. Language versions, copy and reporting links help you understand how a creative is being used.
An overview card can combine spending across language variations of the same creative. Open the relevant creative details when you need to inspect an individual variation.
Review budget pacing
Budget requests connect an amount with a spending period and the relevant reporting context. The Budget page compares the planned budget with reported spending.
- Actual spend shows spending found in the matching reports.
- Remaining budget shows the amount left against the plan.
- Daily budget to Spend divides the remaining amount by the remaining days.
- Projected period-end estimates the final spending amount using the average daily spend through the latest matching reported date.
For example, if a request has spent $1,000 across the first 10 days of a 30-day period, its average is $100 per day. Continuing at that average would result in $3,000 across the full period. This projection is an estimate, rather than a guarantee of future spending.
Understand your account access
Owner and team access supports work inside the dashboard according to the assigned permissions. Client accounts receive the published reporting view for the Brands they can access.
If a Brand is missing, or the published view has not been updated, contact your administrator. Your account does not automatically gain access to every Brand in the system.
